Welcome to Worldwide Atmosphere eV

The best thing for our planet is forest.

We want to leave our planet in a better state than it is now. We know that the (climate) mountain is far from being climbed and is still growing. However, we wear a little bit off the top every day. If each of you participate, we can slow down global warming.

We plant forests that absorb 20-25 tons of CO2 from the atmosphere per hectare every year.

Trees are the most important INVESTMENT for our future. The alternative - to reduce CO2 emissions in order to achieve our climate goal - is missed year after year. So we need to plant forests that filter more CO2 out of the atmosphere than before.

Great climate or what?

Source: Wikipedia (excerpt) Global warming or “climate change” is the increase in the average temperature of the Earth's atmosphere and seas. It is man-made climate change that has occurred since the beginning of industrialization. Our emissions increase the storage capacity for infrared thermal radiation in the troposphere, which causes the greenhouse effect. The most important driver is carbon dioxide (CO2). Simply because we humans emit so many hundreds of thousands of tons every year. More than the plants take out of the atmosphere. The average CO2 concentration in the earth's atmosphere rose from originally around 280 ppm before the start of industrialization to more than 410 ppm in the meantime. The temperature increase was about 1.1 °C by the 2010s compared to 1850–1900, according to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. A comparable temperature level last existed at the end of the Eemian 115,000 years ago! The current warming is proceeding significantly faster than all known warming phases of the Cenozoic period, i.e. for 66 million years.

There is no climate change!

Some claim that climate change does not exist, others say it is not man-made, and others accuse science of scaremongering with the aim of obtaining further research funds. * The realization that we are doing too slowly and too little is documented daily by thousands of measuring stations on earth and in space. * Whether we believe in it or not, the way we live will change. The pressure to act is enormous. A collective failure is looming and we are safely overshooting the 2 degree limit at the moment. * . Ambitious goals alone are not enough. We must be clear that these must always be combined with reliable implementation steps. * This is why EARTH needs your continued support. You donate to us and we do it. We plant forests in a presentable and sustainable way. Watch our video to see what has happened so far. Thanks to our guest house, everyone can visit our plantations. So start your first tree planting NOW.

Why plant trees?

According to Wikipedia, all plants on earth (in water and on land) absorb 57% of the CO2 emissions emitted by humans from the atmosphere.

That means 43% of our CO2 emissions remain in the atmosphere for thousands of years. Year for year.

*

There are various technical processes to bind CO2 from the atmosphere, but no process has yet reached the point where it can really make a big difference.

*

The only possible solution is therefore to reverse the deforestation of the planet. And we do. We plant forest - over the next generations - year after year.

Now go to the payment options. Enter a monthly amount that is easy for you. We make sure your money grows and takes CO2 out of the atmosphere.

Current

These are the results of the 27th UN Climate Change Conference on November 20, 2022

A historic breakthrough and a lot of frustration at the standstill: the climate conference in Egypt has only

real progress has been made in financial aid for poorer countries. The approximately 200 countries made no progress in reducing climate-damaging greenhouse gases. Not only environmental organizations but also the EU Commission expressed their disappointment

and the federal government.

Specifically, it was decided:

New fund for climate damage

After decades of debate, a joint pot of money was agreed

compensation for climate damage

poorer countries.

However, the development organization Care criticized the fact that essential questions will not be worked out until 2023.

The states reaffirmed their decision made in Glasgow last year to gradually phase out coal.

But there will be a farewell to oil and gas

not mentioned. A few states put up "bitter resistance," as Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock reported. That was "more than frustrating".

For the first time, the demand for an expansion of renewable energies can be found in the final document of a climate conference.

The world climate conference COP 27 in Egypt is over. The international community has again written flaming appeals that are still not enough.

Why support sustainably?

Imagine you have to put out a major fire. They get a bucket of water and pour it on the fire. Has the fire been extinguished? Or just a little delayed. In this metaphor we recognize that what is burning is our earth. In order to extinguish the fire, we have to permanently apply many levers and rethink the way we deal with our living space. Only if we continue to receive donations can we buy more and more land and plant and tend forests on it until they grow up. Our goal is to plant 1 million trees a year in the future. This is the only way to ensure that we permanently remove more and more CO2 from the atmosphere. Help us and put your name on our donor list with a monthly contribution of your choice. Thanks very much.

A healthy team spirit

First of all: The climate doesn’t care where CO2 is fed in or taken out. The effect is always global. How can we ensure that? Collect donations, buy land in South America, grow tree seedlings, prepare fallow land and plant forests. Protect and nurture the young planting so that it thrives. By working together with a competent local partner. We buy land in Paraguay. This has several advantages. The trees grow there 12 months a year. It is sufficiently warm and humid all year round. The country is politically stable and the government supports planting and makes land available at an affordable price. We have local German partners who plan and carry out the planting. The whole thing was initiated by a prudent entrepreneur from the Allgäu with 2 young German foresters and 18 local employees. Today a little more than 300 employees work on these estanzias and feed their families with it. A separate canteen supplies all employees with food. There is a delivery service for forest workers.
